Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan is free for the first month, and you don’t need a credit card to start. Install the extension, invite your team, and see if it fits the way you work before paying anything.
Is pricing per user?
No. You pay one flat monthly price for your team based on its size, not per seat. That means you can invite everyone (researchers, consultants, and managers) without worrying about the bill creeping up.
What happens when my team grows?
You simply move up to the next band when you pass its user limit. If you have more than 100 users, get in touch and we’ll put together a custom plan.
Can I pay in USD?
Yes, we bill in both GBP and USD. Pick whichever currency suits your business at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. If Bycatch isn’t saving your team time (and client relationships), you can cancel from the dashboard whenever you like.
